Fred Edward Fraley

He was born April 23, 1936 in Weston , WV. He retired in 1996 from Grange Mutual Insurance Co. in Columbus, OH. He graduated from West Virginia University and Salem College. He was a member of the St. Lukes Methodist Church in Harrisville, WV. A member of the Masonic Lodge in Reynoldsburg, OH, West Citrus Elk Lodge #2693 of Homosassa, FL and the Moose Lodge of Columbus, OH.

Fred lived in Reynoldsburg OH for many years and was actively involved with the Lions Club, Athletic Boosters Club and the Little League Organization, where he coached both football and baseball.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Janice L. (Swisher) Fraley of Homosassa, FL; son Fred E. Fraley III and wife Sharon (Burns) Fraley; grandchildren Jared, Lauren and Dylan all of Delaware, OH.; daughter-in-law Kathy (Fraley) Woods of Paintsville, KY, sister-in-law Judi Bailey of Homosassa, FL and many wonderful friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Christian O’Dell Fraley and parents Fred E. and Jessie (Wilson) Fraley.

Graveside services will be at the IOOF Cemetery of Harrisville, WV on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 1:00 PM with Pastor John Frum officiating.
