He passed away on October 23, 2023. Allan attended and graduated from Farrington High School; he also attended Kapiolani Community College.The majority of his career was spent with The Department of Public Safety; he also spent a good amount of time working with heavy machinery. He is survived by his children Nathaniel (Shelly) Robino and Nicholete (Brandon) Ito; his grandchildren Lorelei and Ethan Ito; his sister June Watarai and brothers Alton, Anson, and Alvin Robino.
