He is survived by his wife Bounma Phanthalasy, son; Bounlop Phanthalasy, daughters; Thongsy Manivanh, Phouveing Chanthakham, 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary, at 1330 Maunakea Street Honolulu, HI 96817 on Wednesday 8/29/2012. Visitation is at 1:30 pm. Service is at 2:30 pm.
