Caesar William Kanai Book, Jr. 67, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on March 22, 2015. He served in the United States Navy and Army and was a Bus Operator. Mr. Book is survived by his wife, Katherine N. Book; sons, Keola N. Book and Keolani L. Book; daughter, Nalani Book; brother, Joseph L. Kerr; sister, Doris J. Carizosa; 10 Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on April 6, 2015 at Borthwick Mortuary - Maunakea Chapel. Visitation will be at 5pm and service will begin at 7pm.
