

Born and raised in Honolulu, she was a proud graduate of Roosevelt High School. Throughout her life, Conchita worked with dedication and care at Beneficial Finance, State Farm Insurance, and Sears, and later served the Department of Defense as a Program Analyst until her retirement.
Conchita will be remembered for her generosity, faith, and unwavering love for her family. Her kindness touched everyone she met, and her spirit of devotion and perseverance will remain an inspiration to all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved husband Charles Armstrong Sr.; sons Charles Armstrong Jr. (Jamie) and James C. L. Armstrong II (Raeleen); daughter LeeMarie DePonte (Jeffrey); nine cherished grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m., Eulogy and Personal Reflection 10:00 a.m., Mass at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow at Hawai‘i State Veterans Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
