DAVID CHEW MUNG WONG, 95, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away October 1, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born August 11, 1918 in Hilo, Hawaii, he was a retired insurance agent and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by daughter, Keala (Donald) Cupp; grandchildren, Bradley Cupp, Christopher Cupp, and Katie Cupp Mamuad; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Rose and Jennie Lee.
Visitation is from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at Borthwick Mortuary-Mauka Chapel (1330 Maunakea St., Honolulu, Hawaii 96817); prayer service will begin at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery in Kaneohe. Flowers are welcome. Aloha attire is suggested.
