She retired from D.O.E as a baker person: she also volunteered at Lunalilo Elementary School for many years where her Grandchildren attended school.

1 son Bruce Hironaka, 3 Daughters Cindy Tokita, Carol Kava-Tanaka, Alma Hironaka, 1 Daughter-in-law Sydney Joseph, 2 Son-in-law Ronald Nimcheski, Chris Seiple, 1 Grandson Lincoln Tokita (wife) and 4kids,2 GrandDaughter Karen Seiple (Husband) Chris, Gracelynn and Evelynn. Nicole Hironaka, Cousin Jasmine Pasion Saflor, 5 kids Malakai, Stanton, Jayden, Kailani, Caleb.
