Herbert Gillian Brooks, 91, of Kailua, Hawaii, passed away on January 22, 2014. He served in the army and was a retired supervisor for Pearl Harbor Navy Printing and Publication office. He is survived by his son-in-law Philip Manandic; granddaughter, Michelle Johnson; grandson, Troy Manandic; sister, Julia Rodrigues.
