A gifted musician, Jerry could often be found strumming his ukulele and singing cheerful tunes that lifted spirits and brought people together.
He is survived by his sisters, Laraine (William) Avery and Anita (Dennis) Fuertes; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sergio and Leonidas Saranillio, and his wife, Verna Saranillio.
Visitation will be at Borthwick Maunakea Chapel on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park at 3:00 p.m.
