He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on June 23, 1952.
Jesse is survived by his wife: Sharon A Flores; his children: Kristina K. S. Arola, Tracie Ann M. Flores and Wendy K. Flores; 4 grandchildren: Kaimana, Kainoa, Kainalu and Kyra; his brothers: John M. Flores, Barry K. Flores; his sister: Viola Flores- Bargas; and predeceased by his brother: Daniel Flores and sister: Beatrice Pi.
Graduated from Damien High School 1970. Upon graduation enlisted in the U.S. Army, joined the State of Hawaii Sheriffs Dept., graduated from the 108th Police Academy and retired in 2012.
