Louis A. Kern Jr.

Louis Arthur Kern Jr. was born on March 24 1955.He grew up in Waimanalo at 41-586 Kalanianaole Hwy 96795 where he lived his entire life, til his passing on the early morning of July 10th 2023 at Adventist Health Castle Hospital.

He is preceded in his passing by his loving Mother Florence Kuulei Apana Kern, his loving Father Louis Arthur Kern Sr., and his loving Sister Helen Louise N.

Louis started work with Zippy's June 10, 1998. 25 years of dedicated service as a fast-food cook ..Louis built long lasting, loving, and caring friendships throughout his years. His collection of nostalgia throughout the years from snow globes to his CD collection especially his George Michael set, then there’s his LPs, DVDs and VHS for those hallmark favorites of Christmas. He loved his red tacoma truck.

Loui enjoyed being with his co-workers at Zippy's. They became his true friends and family, going to all their birthday parties, funerals, being with each of them. During his life time, he has touched many lives.

Loui is very much loved.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. George Catholic Church in Waimanalo.

Mass to follow from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Inurnment on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
