Robert Alan Lower Jr., 29, of Honolulu, an avid professional scuba diver, instructor and noted rare fish collector, died September 10, 2010 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Tomoko; daughter, Skylar; father, Robert A. Sr.; mother, Patricia Lower; stepmother, Maria Lower; sister, Margaret “Maggie” Lower. Celebration of Life Service and scattering of ashes 9:00 a.m. Saturday, September 18th at Makua Beach. Casual attire and bring a board.
