ROBERT GOON SING “BOB” YOUNG, 84, of Ewa Beach, passed away May 7, 2012 in Aiea. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, he was a retired civil engineer for the Federal Highway Administration and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by wife, Esther; daughter, Lori (Stuart Brown) Young; grandchildren, Kiana and Lucas Brown; brother, Herman Young; sister, Lillian Lum.
Services will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at Borthwick Mortuary-Makai Chapel. A gathering (visitation) will be from 11:00-11:30 a.m. Memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m. with a reception to follow. Casual attire is suggested.
