A visitation for Steven will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel, followed by a service from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Steven is survived by; wife, Tia Kukar, children, Keoni (Kennedy) Britt-Garrett, Tita (Shane) Britt-Garrett, Aiyanah Kukar- Britt, Anyah Kukar-Britt, Azalea Kukar-Britt and Alijah Kukar-Britt. Sister, Tanya Hondonero and brother, Cal Lowe. Grandchildren:5
