
Terry LeAnn Bejosa passed away surrounded by the love of her family and those whose lives she touched so deeply. Born on June 14, 1955, Terry was the daughter of Ella Jane Hoopiiaina (deceased) and Vernal Wood (deceased). She is survived by her mother, Carol Wood, who, along with Vernal Wood, lovingly cared for Terry from a young age and helped raise her into the amazing mother, wife, friend, and woman she became. Terry is survived by her devoted husband, Wilfredo Bejosa. She was a loving mother to her three children: her surviving daughter, Nachelle Wai and son-in-law, Van Wai, and her children Brian Bejosa (deceased) and Jacquline Bejosa (deceased). She is also survived by her loving sister, Tonya Day, and was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Wood. Her greatest joy in life was her three beloved grandchildren, Makela Wai, Kimo Wai, and Mikiala Wai, who brought endless happiness and love into her life. Terry had a deep love for education and lifelong learning. She dedicated her life to teaching and inspiring children, always encouraging them to grow, learn, and believe in themselves. She especially loved teaching children in Primary and found great joy in helping young minds flourish. Her passion for education led her to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and later her Master’s Degree in Library Science. Terry lived a life dedicated to serving others. She was an amazing teacher, a thoughtful and caring friend, and someone who always made people feel seen and valued. Her kindness, warmth, and compassion left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Anyone who came into contact with Terry would light up in her presence, touched by her loving spirit, generous heart, and endless love for others. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the blessing of knowing her.
