Thomas is survived by his devoted wife, Lan Dai Couch, and his beloved daughters, Cherise Couch and Hokulani Couch. He was a cherished grandfather to Janessa Couch-Jones and her husband Barry, and to Jacob Jones. He also leaves behind a great-grandchild, King Asberry.
Thomas was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Couch, his mother, Margaret Leilani Couch, and his sister, Elizabeth Ann Rust.
He is also survived by his siblings: Kathleen Leilani Couch and her husband Joseph, James Daniel Couch and his wife Cindy, Timothy Alan Couch and his wife Patty, Pastor Charles Gordon Couch, Jr. and his wife Irene, and Matthew Allen Couch and his wife Teresa.
Thomas will be remembered fondly by his family and friends.
