She was a bookkeeper with Cumberland County schools for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R. McMillan, Sr. and her parents, William Carl Tew and Myrtle Everette Tew.
Left to cherish her memories are her son, Tim McMillan; and sister, Hazel Pope of Orlando, FL.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 29, 2014 at Reeves Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Green Springs Baptist Church.
She will be laid to rest in Green Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
