To all of Charles' loved ones, 
All of us are together remembering all the wonderful times we had with Uncle Charlie. Aunt Sally remembers a time that he came for a visit and fell asleep on the toilet. haha He always came into Scranton when his family needed him, no matter where he was.  Sometimes he would just show up out of the blue, and we loved that about him.  We will all miss him and his smile.  Aunt Sally, Barbie, Sally Jean, and Dee Dee send all our love and prayers. To all of Uncle Charles' loved ones and families,
please accept my deepest sympathies to all of you.  I have to say that Uncle Charles lit up our days when he came to Scranton for a visit.  My fondest memories are when he took Wally (doots) Carmella and I to Nay Aug Park in his convertible.  He would ride every ride with us.    I will alway remember him with a smile. I know he is with my dad and all of the family that has passed before him and I'm sure he is making them laugh right now. Mr. Charles never met a stranger, if he saw what looked like a sadness about you, he would come over and say, "Hey you alright sis?" and knowing that his concern was genuine was enough to make you forget the sadness.  Mr. Charlie will truly be missed.  May God bless and keep you.

I have to tell everyone that I have the best uncles in the world and my Uncle Charles was tops in my book....no matter how sad someone would be...he would bring you right up with the eagles were he always was

Mr. Charlie was a very sweet, caring, and loving man. He would do anything for anyone and always had a smile on his face. I did not know a lot about my Uncle Charles but I know he is in Heaven with my Grandma Bell (Anna Bell) and Grandpa Bell (Jack Bell) Fly high <3
