Christopher Paul Edge

Chris loved riding his motorcycle with his very extensive group of friends. They didn't have an official bike club, but it sure felt like it when Chris was around. He enjoyed laughing and joking and wanted everyone to be happy. He even took 3rd place in The Mr. Fayetteville Pageant. He was a wonderful dad and always made sure his children were taken care of and felt loved.

Chris was preceded in death by an infant son, William Edge, as well as his parents Marvin and Dorothy Edge.

He is survived by his children, Mathew Edge, Kyle Edge, Christina Edge, Christopher Edge, Amanda Edge, and Lindsay Plater; four grandchildren; his brothers Mike Edge, Richard Edge, Steve Edge, and Rodney Edge; and his sister Theresa Dillard; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 1:00 in the afternoon at Reeves Funeral Home in Hope Mills, North Carolina. His biking brothers will hold a memory ride for him immediately following the service.
