It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Delece Dian Craig, affectionately known as "DeeDee". A faithful Jehovah's Witness, Dee Dee dedicated her life to sharing the good news of God's kingdom with her neighbors, embodying the spirit of compassion and faith that defined her.
Dee Dee was not only a devoted member of her congregation, but also a talented artist whose creativity flourished through her drawings and crafts. Her artistic expressions were a reflection of her vibrant spirit and her ability to find beauty in the world around her. She also will be remembered for her admiration of the ocean. She enjoyed cruises and spending time at the beach with friends and family.
Being a pillar of strength, Dee Dee was a wonderful caregiver for her parents, providing them with love, support, and unwavering dedication. Her nurturing heart and selflessness were evident in everything she did, and she will be remembered for the countless ways she touched the lives of those around her.
Dee Dee leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and faith that will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be profoundly missed but forever cherished in our hearts. As we celebrate her life, we take comfort in the knowledge that soon we will be reunited with our dear spiritual sister, Dee Dee.
Dee Dee is preceded in death by her brother, Romulus Craig. She is survived by her parents, Albert and Bernice Craig; her siblings, Alvin Craig (Jacqueline), Marvin Craig, Quinten Craig (Debra), and Bernard Craig (Sharon); her sister in law, Sherri; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your prayers, presence, phone calls, and all other expressions of love and concern that you have shown during our time of bereavement. Never more than now was your kindness needed and more appreciated. May God continue to bless each of you.~The Craig family
