James was a free spirit in life. He lived life in a peaceful manner. He was also a blackbelt in karate which taught him discipline and control. James served the country in the United States Air Force.
James is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Odell Williams. He is survived by his siblings, Robert Williams Jr. (Basmat), Ernest Williams (Donna), Elizabeth Yocum (Thomas), Lester Williams, Gary Williams, and Bobby Williams (Donna).
Graveside services with Military Honors will be held Monday, July 17, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery.
