Mrs. Biggs leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Linda B. Webb and husband Marty and Donna B. Dorwart and husband Richard; sister, Ann Sipes; five grandchildren,Wendy Webb Johnson, Jennifer Royal Rogers, Mark Webb, Kelly Royal Myers, and Kristen Royal Glass; and 10 great grandchildren, Bryanna Smith, Abby Rogers, Jack Johnson, Sarah Rogers, Chase Rogers, Wesley Johnson, Alona Lee, Tori Myers, Katelynn Glass, and Aubrey Glass.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P. M. Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Cotton United Methodist Church. Mrs. Biggs will be laid to rest in Cumberland Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 P.M. prior to the service at Cotton United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cape Fear Valley Hospice, Cotton U. M. Church or St. Matthews U. M. Church.
