She was preceded in death by her parents, Merriman and Martha Bandy Lyle; son, Steven Randolph Hogan; two brothers; and two sisters.
Mrs. Hogan is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Luther “Bill” Hogan; son, Jeffrey D. Hogan; granddaughter, Melissa Dryburgh and her mother, Lenora Norris; brothers, Clarence Lyle and wife Betty of Odessa, TX and Hal Lyle and wife Bonnie of Ashville, NC; sister, Mildred Thornhill and Chuck of Roanoke, VA.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday August 8, 2012 at Reeves Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Berean Baptist Church with the Rev. Steven Byrd and Pastor Sean Harris officiating.
She will be laid to rest in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
