Nathan Lacy Starling

Nathan Lacy Starling, age 41, of Fayetteville, North Carolina passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. He was the son of Cynthia West. Nathan was born October 23, 1981 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He grew up in Hope Mills, North Carolina.

Nathan was a kid at heart. He is known for his love of all things '80s, his love for shoes and clothes, and his love of Hawaii. He loved collecting Scooby-Doo, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and He-Man memorabilia. His wardrobe stood out and and he loved customizing shoes for family and friends. During football season, he could be found watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and during basketball season, he was watching Duke. Nathan was a skilled carpenter, painter, and handyman.

More importantly, Nathan loved his family. He was a caring son, a much loved brother, and the fun uncle. His main love in life was his five daughters. His most treasured memories were those of his time with his daughters.

Nathan will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. His love will forever carry on in his absence.
