She was born on October 21, 1937 in Wichita, Kansas to the late Richard Norman and Katherine Lenore Andrus.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Reeves Funeral Home chapel in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Inurnment will at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake, North Carolina.
Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband David L. Martin.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Michael D. Martin and his wife Diane S. Nau of Fayetteville; daughter, Lori Bergstrom and her husband Jon of Inola, Oklahoma; brother, Gary Andrus of Stigler, Oklahoma; and many special friends in the Hope Mills area.
