Shelby Fowler Johnson

Dunn, N.C. Ms. Shelby Fowler Johnson, age 77 of Glover Rd., Dunn died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital in Dunn. Ms. Johnson was born April 12, 1937 in Harnett County the daughter of the late Charlie D. & Sallie Noreen Johnson Fowler and is preceded in death by her husband, John Corbett J.C. Johnson, her step-mother, Ruth Lee Fowler, and a sister, Edna Fowler Henderson. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Gospel Tabernacle Church with Rev. King White and Rev. Ken Milliken officiating. Burial will follow in Devotional Gardens in Dunn. Surviving includes: 2 Daughters: Debbie Johnson of Dunn, NC and Teresa Johnson Byrd & (husband) Davis of Dunn, NC 4 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandchildren. 4 Sisters: Dorothy McLeod, Ivaleen Norris & June Lucas all of Dunn, NC and Ruth Collier of Linden, NC 2 Brothers: Charles Fowler & (wife) Lera of Coats, NC and James Winford Fowler & (wife) Shelby of Cooper City, Fl.
