Barbara Ann Johnson

Born on November 1, 1944, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Barbara was the beloved daughter of the late Wallace and Lucy Bright Reynalds.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry Johnson; her son, Barry Johnson; her sisters, Loretta “Jean” Fisher, Mary Lou Reynalds, and Martha Sue Reynalds; her brothers-in-law, Richard Johnson and Galen Johnson.

She is survived by her loving child, Michelle Johnson; her brother, Charles (Jo Ellen) Reynalds; her cherished grandchildren, Erin (Michael) Fisk, Kimberly (Michael) Styron, Adam Fisk (Mandee), Laura (Fernando) Davila, and Ian Anderson; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Jace, Colten, Kaleb, Bella, Miranda, Brooks, and Palmer.

Barbara will be remembered for her deep love of family and the joy she found in caring for others. She especially loved cooking for her family and friends, often bringing people together around her table. A devoted member of First Baptist Church of Hot Springs, Barbara treasured the community she and Jerry built within their Sunday school class, forming lasting friendships and a strong foundation of faith.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday at Gross Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. John McCallum officiating.

Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
