John Dugan, 67, was born in September of 1953 to the late John and Shirley Timbs Dugan. As daylight approached on March 20, 2021 heaven gained a new angel. We all felt a huge loss, but we know he will be watching over us.
John passed on to join his mother, father, and two of his sister. He is survived by his wife Wanda; sons James and Jeremy; grandson, John Dalton; and seven siblings.
John loved taking cruises to see different countries, trying his luck at casinos, and doing chores around the house.
