Linda Sue Teague-Rodgers

Linda Sue Teague-Rodgers, of Hot Springs, surrounded by her family, was called home on April 3, 2015. She was a much loved daughter, precious mother, grandmother, great grandmother, beloved sister, aunt and cherished friend.

She was born June 14, 1948, in Hot Springs to Claudia and Joe Teague Sr. She was predeceased by her Mother; Brother Bruce Teague; Sister Cynthia Gay Teague; and Nephew Jason Teague.

She was a member of Morning Star Methodist Church.

Linda spent most of her career as an accountant with Fluor Construction and retired as General Manager of Lake Hamilton Resort in 2010.

Her proudest accomplishment and greatest treasure was her family who she loved with all her heart. She is survived by her Father; Brothers Joe Jr, Randy, and J.D. Teague. She is also survived by her much loved daughters, Jill Teague and Crystal Rodgers; Grandchildren, Jordan Teague, Jesse Teague and Brody Rodgers; and soon to be born great grandchild Hallie Lindan.

She was always much more than just an aunt to her nieces and nephews, Sharon Harvey, Becky Green, Josh Buck, Luke Norman, Michael Dampier, Brack Teague, and Nash Teague.

She loved reading and gardening in the spring. She was admired and respected by those who love her. She was the first person her family and friends would go to in times of trouble or for advice. She taught us to love unconditionally and listen without judgement.

She was the heart of her family, and her spirit will live on in those she leaves behind.

Pall bearers will be Josh Buck, Michael Dampier, Jesse Teague, Brack Teague, Nash Teague, and Brian Harvey.

Honorary Pall bearers are Dr. Steven Halter and Dr. Fred Divers. Our deepest appreciation goes to St. Vincent of Hot Springs ICU Staff, and Christus Dubuis.
