Lyle Albert Reininger

Lyle Albert Reininger, 74, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022.

He was born in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Albert & Marjorie Reininger, and raised in Stuttgart, Arkansas.

Lyle was the President of the Hot Springs Iris Society, member of the Hot Springs Coin Club and volunteered at the Charitable Christian Medical Clinic and Samaritan Ministries of Hot Springs. He was a member of First Lutheran Church where he was a Deacon and part of the Shut-In Ministry, along with the Prayer Shawl Ministry and leading the Enlighteners Christ Care Group.

He is preceded in death by his son-in-law, Robby Echols.

Lyle is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Nancy Reininger; children Sharon Echols & her fiancé Mike Verble and David Rosamond & his wife Joyellen; grandchildren Kim Sanders (Mark), Tyler Echols (Tona), Bradley Echols & his close friend Scarlet Miles, Jeremiah Miller (Loretta) Christina Miller and Robin Busch (Ryan); nine great-grandchildren and a host of friends.

Pallbearers are Tyler Echols, Bradley Echols, Mark Sanders, David Steele, Doug Field and Jeremiah Miller.

Honorary Pallbearers are Brian Shannon, Enlighteners Christ Care Group (past & present) SICU CHI Staff, Arkansas Hospice, Dr. Zach Larrimer, Dr. Preston Brandy and Dr. Michael Bodemann.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm Saturday, December 17, 2022 at First Lutheran Church with funeral service beginning at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jonathan Beyer and Rev. Anthony Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Lutheran Prayer Shawl Ministry, the First Lutheran Prayer Garden or to the charity of your choice.
