He was born February 4, 1939 in Hot Springs to the late William & Lola (Avant) Mathews.
Marshall was a member of the East Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Carolyn Mathews; sons Danny, Mark & Tim Mathews; a brother Carlos Mathews and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 5:00 pm Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2018 E Grand Ave, Hot Springs, AR.
