Mary Leo Boyd Fields, 87, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 4, 2015. She was born on January 16, 1928 to Vera and Fletcher Boyd. She was one of 8 brothers and sisters. Mary and Jim Fields were longtime members of Grand Avenue United Methodist Church in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Mary was a devoted wife and mother, married to Jim for 68 years. Their children include daughter Sharon Fields, son Mike and wife Lori, and daughter Stacey Elliott and husband Scott. Her grandchildren include Micah and Matt Fields and Conner Elliott. She has one great-grandchild; Hunter Fields. Other survivors include her sister Jane Bean of Amity, Arkansas and her brother Johnny Boyd and wife Jane Williams Boyd of Alpine, Arkansas. Graveside services will be at 2:00p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Memorial Gardens in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
