He was survived by his loving wife, Anna Korn Bell; his mother, Rolanda J Bell; his brother, Chris W Bell, and his wife Alicia Bell; grandmother, Maxine P Jeffcoat; uncle, Rick Jeffcoat, and his wife Janet Jeffcoat; and other aunts, uncles and cousins. Stephen was predeceased by his father, William R Bell, Jr.
Stephen always looked for the best in others and eager to help those in need. He was loved and will be missed by many.
