Toby Shane Jacob, 40, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Monday, March 2, 2020.
He was born March 19, 1979 in Portland, Oregon.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Mae Ray; son Shane Jacob; and a brother Steven Fehnel & his wife Vannessa.
A gathering of family and friends will be held 5:00 pm Monday at Gross Funeral Home Chapel.
