Bill Alley was born on December 4, 1944, and passed on November 6, 2024 in Hot Springs, AR. He is survived by his husband and partner of almost 30 years, Jeffery Vaughn, also of Hot Springs; his son Rob Alley, daughter-in-law Stacy Latham Alley, and granddaughter Evy Alley all of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; and his sister, Katherine Alley of Sierra Vista, Arizona.
Bill had a zest for life and never met a stranger. His goal was always the same: to bring joy, laughter, and a smile to everyone he encountered, even if they didn’t know they needed one. The world was a better place with Bill in it, and he will be greatly missed!
Bill's wishes were no funeral or somber memorial, he wanted a party! In order to allow for holidays, Bill's Celebration of Life Party is tentatively scheduled for January with specifics to be announced soon.
