Elnora "Mutt" Bolden

A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma, LA 70360. (Per CDC/local regulations all visitors must wear face masks in building at all times and practice social distancing). Burial will follow in Deweyville Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff Bolden, Jr.; sons, Timothy (Jennifer) and Jeffery Bolden (Lindsey); daughters, Nicole B. Theriot and Ashanta Bolden; eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Freddie Brown, Jr.; sisters, Thelma Coleman and Mildred Weathers; godchildren, Antoinette Jeff and Kimberly Dabney; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her children, Brian Keith and Kristie Lynn Bolden; granddaughter, Lakeishawn Bolden; great granddaughter, Breon Boatner; parents, Freddie, Sr. and Martha Cheatham Brown; brothers, Harry, Antoine, Frank, Sr. and Royal, Sr.; sisters, Rose Jeff, Hazel Muzzall and Beulah Moore.
