A drive-thru viewing (NO STOPPING) will be held on Friday July 23, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
Memories of Hazel will forever remain in the hearts of her husband, Derrell Madison, Sr. of St. Joseph, LA; two sons, Troy Williams and T. J. Williams; one brother, James Johnson; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Hazel was preceded in death by her daughter, Toni Lynn Williams and her parents, Joe Green and Melvinia Johnson.
