A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma, LA. Burial will follow in Deweyville Cemetery.
He is survived by his son, Jesse Brown, Jr.; daughters, Faye B. Westley, (Charles), Stephanie B. Johnson (Frank, Sr.) and Sherita B. Granger (Anthony, Sr.); six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; brother, Clarence Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Carvin Brown; parents, Louis and Alice Ringo Brown; brother, Lawrence Brown, Sr.; sisters, Gladys Edwards, Bertha Charleston and Ora Mae Brown.
