Joanne Broussard, 63, a resident of Morgan City, passed away on Thursday, April 23rd, 2009 at Teche Regional Medical Center at 10:17 Am following a long illness. Visitation will be observed at Mt. Era Baptist Church, Wed; April 29, 2009 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 Pm funeral time. Interment will be in the Morgan City Mausoleum. She was employed by Lakewood Hospital for 19 Years. She leaves to cherish her memories, a daughter; Robin Jones of Morgan City, and two sisters; Bettye Price of Kansas City & Barbara Smith of Bay City, Tx., three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
