Joyce Mae Allen

Visitation will be observed on Friday September 16, 2016 at the Jones Funeral Home. 604 Lovette Street in Jeanerette, LA from 8:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. The Reverend Arthur L. Alexander will officiate the services. Burial will follow funeral services in the Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Jeanerette, LA

Memories of Joyce will forever remain in the hearts of her three sons, Shawn Allen and his wife Brandy of Marietta, GA, Elliot Allen Sr. and his wife Anreka and Cedric Allen and his wife Sherika both of Jeanerette, LA; one daughter, Tequila Riles and her husband Frederick of Jeanerette, LA; three brothers, Harry Allen Jr. and his wife Joyce, Oliver Hurst and Arthur Lee Allen all of Jeanerette, LA; four sisters, Louise Mae Allen, Laura Lavine and her husband Harold, Lilly Mae Allen and Annette Lockett and her husband Edward all of New Iberia, LA; twenty-two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Harry Allen, Sr. and her mother, Lavina Hurst-Allen.
