Joyce Ann Stewart

Visitation and funeral services will be observed on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 1:00PM until funeral time at 2:00PM at New First Corinthian Baptist Church 1114 Church St., Houma, LA 70360. Burial will follow at Deweyville Cemetery. 

Joyce is survived by her sons, Joseph M. Stewart and Isaac Stewart (Venessa) and daughters, Rosemary Stewart McNeil and Lois Ann Lewis. Brothers; Herman Norman and brother-in-law; William (Bill) Smith, Sr., and sisters; Lena Clark, Etta Mae Smith, Sylvia Simmons, Mary Dell Simmons.  Twenty grandchildren; twenty-nine greatgrandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and son-in-law; Gregory L. McNeil; ex-son-in-law; Gregory Lewis, Sr., and a host or relatives. 

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; Godfrey Davis and Mildred Celestin Norman and ex-husband; David M. Stewart, Sr., and son; David M. Stewart, Jr.  Brothers; Edward Norman and Fellman Matthews, Jr., and sisters; Jackie Volter and Cecile Norman.
