A public viewing will be conducted from 12:30 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma. Burial will follow in New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her brother, William Wolfe (Shanda); sisters, Barbara Jeffries, Irene and Brenda Butler, Eartha Wolfe (Andre Ngira, fiance), and Sylvia Davis (Larry); and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Carlos G. Mitchell; parents, Willie Butler and Eloise Watkins Butler Wolfe; grandfather, Harry Watkins; grandmother, Eartha Strovet Blackwell; and nephew, Mayante A. Brooks.
