Lionel ""Bro Fox"" Granger, age 65, a resident and a native of Morgan City, died Sunday, Dec 5th, 2010 at his resident at 10:35 AM. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 11th at Siracusaville Center from 9:00 AM until funeral at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place in the Morgan City Cemetery. Lionel leaves to mourn six sons; Ricky Granger, Lionel (Stacey) Granger, III, Rodney Granger and Brandon (Jamie Lynn) Granger all of Morgan City; Patrick (Marty) Granger of Newport, Ri, and Jamon Granger of Patterson; one daughter, Dasmon Granger of Baton Rouge; six sisters, Catherine (Leo) Mingo, Deborah (Hendry) Johnson, Ruby (Charles) Maize and Patty Granger all of Morgan City; Diana Wells of Metairie, La., and Gale Thomas of Patterson; one brother, Harry (Pat) Granger of Houma, La., thirteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lionel was preceded in death by his father, Lionel Granger, Sr., and his mother, Verna Roberts Granger and his grandparents.
