Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Morning Star Baptist Church, 4111 Hwy 308 in Raceland, LA. Burial will follow in the Bell Baptist Church (Brooklyn Cemetery).
He is survived by his wife, Veronica W. Triggs; sons, Oliver, Jr. and Frederick Triggs; daughter, Lateria Triggs; eight grandchildren; brothers, Lerroy, Sr., Rosebud, Rodney, Sr., Harold, Arthur, Jr., Larry and Egerald Triggs; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur, Sr. and Adline Rose Triggs; siblings, Lionel Triggs, Sr. and Barbara Nell Strickland; grandparents, Hazel, Sr. and Agnes Rose.
