A public viewing will be conducted from 12:30 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022, at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road, Houma, LA. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
She is survived by her brothers, Preston McGee, Jr. (Lourean), Donald and Chris McPherson; sister, Virginia M. Stewart (Bertel); and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Preston, Sr. and Emma "Eva" McPherson McGee; brothers, LeRoy and Raymond Lyons, Sr.; sister, Molly McGee; paternal grandparents, Manual and Lula McGee; maternal grandparents, Israel and Virginia Moore McPherson.
