Rose "Weesie" Marie Favors

Visitation will be observed Saturday May 23, 2015 at the Patterson Civic Center from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. Rose will be laid to rest in the Willing Workers Cemetery in Patterson, LA. Reverend Keith Verrett will officiate the services.

Cherished and divine memories of "Weesie" will forever be remembered by her loving mother, Rosa Bell Butler; her father, George Favors, Sr. (Doris); three special children, Rachel Carbins, Dontae' Harris and Timothy Delco all of Patterson, LA; five brothers, George B. Favors of Seattle, WA, Russell Butler (Deborah) of Houma, LA, George Favors, Jr., James Favors and Kirt Favors all of Patterson, LA; six sisters, Cooky Livingston (Wilfred) of Morgan City, LA, Gwen Douglas (Willie), Barbara Smith (Teoris), Janis Merritt (Robert) Michelle Favors ans Lisa Green (Larry) all of Patterson, LA; a long time companion, Clyde Joseph, a special cousin and friend, Dianna "Peanut" Ruffin as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rose was preceded in death by her step-father who helped to raise her, Russell Butler Sr.; both of her maternal and paternal grandmothers; one sister, Ara Mae Favors; one brother, Clifton Favors; two uncles, LC and Ronnie Joe favors and an aunt, Lillie Mae Robinson.
