Theodore R. Taylor, JR., age 75, a native and a resident of Verdunville, La., died April 30, 2013 at Terrebonne General Medical Center in Houma, La., at 1:33 PM. Visitation will be Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Little Zion Baptist Church in Verdunville from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m., with burial in the church cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Estehel Taylor; one son, Minister Tyrone Taylor; three daughters, Regina, Darlene, and Shuranda Taylor; five grandchildren, Erica Williams, Victoria Williams Jackson, Christopher Lewis, Daniel and Davion Taylor; one great grandchild, Jaylen Jackson; and a host of relatives and friends.
