Westley Elmore

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 9:00 AM until funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM at the Triumph Baptist Church 1005 Iberia St, Franklin, LA 70538, with Pastor C. F. Lewis, officiating the services. Burial will follow funeral services the Franklin Cemetery - Main Street in Franklin, LA.

Memories of Westley will forever remain in the hearts of his wife, Annalecsha N. Elmore of Lafayette, LA; his mother, Beulah Wilson and his step-father Lester Wiggins of Franklin, LA; his six children, Kendra (Jacob) Charles, Keniclow (Chasity) Charles both of Houston, TX and Bernice (Travis Flemings, Jr.) Daniels of Las Vegas, NV, Vontreal (Derret) Colbert of Baton Rouge, LA, Varnavous (Charen) Narcisse of Lafayette, LA, and Felicia Charles of New Orleans, LA; two uncles, Joseph Harris and Verrett (Florence) Cleary both of St. Joseph, LA; two aunts, Hattie W. Johnson and Geraldine Elmore both of Franklin, LA; two great uncles, Melvin Fine of Beaumont, TX and Lloyd Fine of White Castle, LA; a great aunt, Edna Ren of Lafayette, LA; god-mothers, Mabel Burrell and Katherine Verrett; a god-sister. Debbie Jones; sixteen grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Westley was preceded in death by his father, Oliver Elmore, Jr.; one grandson, Ja'Vonta Charles; an aunt who raised him, Bernice W. Webb and her husband Rogest Webb, Sr.  and both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
