He was born on December 28, 1953 in New Orleans, LA the son of the late Isaac and Louise Welsh.
Willie enjoyed life traveling the open road as a Truck Driver.
He leaves to cherish his memories a son, Kenyikke (Heather) Jackson; a grandson, Kenyikke Jackson Jr.; a granddaughter, Tyler Jackson and three siblings.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings.
