We are so sorry for your loss and know you will miss your Mother who also had also had to be one of your closest friends.  She is in a better more peaceful place now.  Your mother "Aunt Allie" to us, will always be one of the most energetic, most full-of-life, funniest people we've ever known.  We have so many fond memories of her over the years and remember so many good times with her.  The last time I visited mother in Henderson, Aunt Allie called and I got to talk to her for almost an hour talking about old memories as well as new ones.  She was so proud of you and loved you so much.  It was wonderful to listen to her talk about you and tell me how proud she is of you.  Even though she was going through a terrible time, that entire conversation with her was upbeat and it was such an enjoyable conversation.  She had such a positive attitude that her joy of living shone through and we had such a good time.  My mother always told me when she "talked to Allie Vera" that Allie Vera always made her feel so much better, except of course Mother told me how much it hurt to know what "Allie Vera" was going through and how bad she felt for her.  Mother is going to miss those calls from "Allie Vera" and it's going to leave a big hole in her day not to hear from someone she loves so much.  Mother really was suffering with what Aunt Allie was having to go through and when you called and told her that your mother had passed, Mother said, "She's in Heaven now."  Take care of yourself.
